Absolutely! You can always change your subscription from your Account Settings in Pronto. If you need help selecting a plan or are interested in enterprise, franchise, or agency level plans please reach out to us firstname.lastname@example.org
While we hate to see you go, we’ll always respect any decision to cancel your Pronto subscription. If you’d like to keep your account active but pause your subscription, you can do so for up to 90 days.

Billing starts on the day of your subscription and auto renews each month on the billing date. Once you select a subscription type, you’ll be redirected to Stripe where you can enter your payment information.
